My client sent inquiry to us last month. The first impression is very detailed information, I understand what he want. They are a famous Company, and have high-end requirement in the bag quality. I am very confident that we are the right supplier for them.
Customer wanted to add their company logo on the front of bag, so I did an image effect for client’s reference immediately. Client is so surprised that I did it so quick and got his idea.
Because of the urgent time and trust, client paid deposit directly after confirm the price and details, to save time for mass production. We made a pre-production sample for client to double confirm immediately. When taking the sample pictures to the customer, he is very excited, looking forward to receiving their products.
Also, during the mass production, I always took photos and videos of the process then showed to client, and talked like a good friend. So he never worry about the product or time…
